Detects human HER2. This non-therapeutic antibody uses the same variable region sequence as the therapeutic antibody Pertuzumab. ichorbio’s pertuzumab biosimilar is for research use only (RUO).

This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.

Pertuzumab is a recombinant humanized monoclonal antibody that targets the extracellular dimerization domain (Subdomain II) of the human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 protein (HER2). Pertuzumab is produced by recombinant DNA technology in a mammalian cell (Chinese Hamster Ovary) culture. Pertuzumab has an approximate molecular weight of 148 kDa.

Colorless, clear to milky white, colorless to light brown liquid with a pH of about 6.0, containing L-histidine, sucrose and 0.02% polysorbate 20. BSA and Azide free.

Pertuzumab Biosimilar – Research Grade is stable for at least four (4) weeks when stored sterile at 2-8°C. For long term storage aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at –80°C. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
