Stable for at least one week when stored sterile at 2-8°C. For long term storage aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at -80°C. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.

Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.2,with no carrier protein, potassium or preservatives added. BSA and Azide free.

This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.

Detects human HER2. This non-therapeutic antibody uses the same sequence as the therapeutic antibody Pertuzumab.

This research-grade anti-HER2 recombinant monoclonal antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of pertuzumab built to recognise the dimerisation domain of human HER2. Intended strictly for research use only, it is purified to a low-endotoxin standard suitable for in vivo work and produced in scalable milligram to gram quantities for heavy-usage, high-throughput laboratories. Typical applications span receptor-blockade controls, in vitro screening, ADCC studies, in vivo tumour models, and biologics characterisation.
