B7-H4 (VTCN1) is an immune checkpoint ligand frequently overexpressed on tumor cells, where it dampens T-cell responses and supports immune evasion. This research-grade anti-human VTCN1 recombinant monoclonal antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of emiltatug intended strictly for research use only (RUO). Produced to demanding in vivo standards as an ultra-pure, low-endotoxin preparation, it is offered in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities to sustain heavy-usage, high-throughput laboratories. Typical applications include checkpoint-blockade studies, in vitro receptor-ligand screening, ADCC investigations, and in vivo tumor immunology models, alongside use as a consistent reference control for biologics characterization.
