CD248 (endosialin/TEM1) is a stromal and pericyte-associated antigen studied in tumor-microenvironment biology. This unconjugated human IgG1 kappa antibody is a non-therapeutic analog of ontuxizumab, expressed in CHO cells against human CD248. Supplied for research use only, it is formulated to a low-endotoxin standard appropriate for in vivo experiments and produced in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) lots for bulk, high-throughput laboratories. It is well suited to antigen-expression profiling, functional binding assays, in vitro screening, in vivo tumor-stroma models, and antibody-drug conjugate development. Reliable batch-to-batch consistency suits laboratories running extended experimental campaigns.
