Background
CD3 epsilon (CD3E) is an invariant component of the T-cell receptor complex and a central trigger for T-cell activation in immunology research. This recombinant anti-human CD3E antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of otelixizumab, intended for research use only (RUO). Carrying an Fc-silenced design, it is manufactured to in vivo standards with low endotoxin and supplied in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. It is well suited to functional assays, T-cell stimulation and tolerance-induction studies, defined controls, and in vivo models of T-cell biology, with the reproducibility expected for heavy-usage settings.
