A primary target for filovirus neutralization research is the Zaire ebolavirus glycoprotein. This recombinant human IgG1 kappa antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of porgaviximab, produced in CHO cells against Zaire Ebola virus. Supplied for research use only, it is purified to a low-endotoxin standard suitable for in vivo studies and offered in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for high-throughput, heavy-usage laboratories. It functions as a defined reagent for virus-neutralization assays, viral-entry studies, functional characterization, and preclinical filovirus models. The format is optimized for reproducible results across high-volume study designs.
