Background
CD80 (B7-1) is a co-stimulatory ligand on antigen-presenting cells that engages CD28 and CTLA-4 to shape T-cell activation. Clone RM80 is a rat IgG2a monoclonal antibody against mouse CD80, validated for blocking, functional assays, and immunohistochemistry. Anti-CD80 clone RM80 is supplied in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo use and produced in scalable milligram to gram quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories.
