Glycoprotein NMB (GPNMB), encoded by GPNMB, is overexpressed across several tumor types and is investigated as a surface target for antibody-directed therapeutic strategies. This research-grade anti-GPNMB antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of glembatumumab vedotin, a research-grade antibody-drug-conjugate (ADC) analog directed at the GPNMB antigen, supplied strictly for research use only (RUO). Made to demanding in vivo standards, the ultra-pure, low-endotoxin material is provided in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for heavy-usage, high-throughput laboratories. It is suited to ADC development workflows, target-binding and internalization studies, in vitro screening, and in vivo tumor models.

This biosimilar is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For longer term storage (> 3 months) it is recommended to store this antibody at -20°C or -70°C.

Functional Assays

Reconstitute with sterile, distilled water to a final concentration of 1 mg/ml. Gently shake to solubilize completely. Do not vortex.
