TIM-2 is a member of the T-cell immunoglobulin and mucin-domain family implicated in immune regulation and iron handling in mice. Clone RMT2-14 is a rat IgG2a monoclonal antibody recognizing mouse TIM-2, validated for blocking, flow cytometry, functional and agonist assays, Western blotting, and immunoprecipitation.
