SEMA4D (CD100) is a semaphorin involved in immune regulation, angiogenesis, and neural signaling. This research-grade human IgG4 kappa antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of pepinemab, produced in CHO cells against human SEMA4D. Supplied for research use only, it is formulated to low endotoxin for in vivo compatibility and offered in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. It supports receptor-ligand blockade assays, functional signaling studies, in vitro screening, and preclinical models in tumor-microenvironment and neuroinflammation research.
