FOLH1 (PSMA) is a prostate-enriched cell-surface enzyme and a heavily targeted antigen in oncology research. This recombinant human IgG1 kappa antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of pelgifatamab, generated in CHO cells against human FOLH1. Released for research use only, it is delivered in a low-endotoxin format suited to in vivo studies and produced in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) lots for bulk, high-throughput laboratories. It is appropriate for antigen-expression profiling, functional binding assays, in vitro screening, in vivo tumor models, and antibody-drug conjugate development. Its reproducible quality supports demanding workflows that consume reagent at scale.
