Interleukin-17A (IL-17A) is a pivotal effector cytokine in autoimmune and inflammatory pathways. Built as a non-therapeutic analog of perakizumab, this unconjugated human IgG1 kappa antibody is expressed in CHO cells against human IL17A. For research use only, it is purified to low endotoxin for in vivo suitability and manufactured in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for high-throughput laboratories. It is well suited to cytokine-neutralization assays, receptor-blockade studies, functional readouts, and preclinical models of Th17-mediated inflammation, with reliable lot-to-lot consistency. Uniform quality across lots underpins confident comparisons in long-running projects.

This biosimilar is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For longer term storage (> 3 months) it is recommended to store this antibody at -20°C or -70°C.
