KIT (CD117) is a receptor tyrosine kinase that drives proliferation in mast cells, hematopoietic progenitors, and several malignancies. This research-grade human IgG1 kappa antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of opelkibart, generated in CHO cells against human KIT. For research use only, it is purified to low endotoxin for in vivo compatibility and supplied in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for high-throughput, heavy-usage laboratories. Researchers use it in receptor-signaling studies, functional blocking assays, in vitro screening, and preclinical models of KIT-dependent disease. The format is optimized for reproducible results across high-volume study designs.
