anti-CD28 In Vivo Antibody - Low Endotoxin (CD28.2) is stable for at least one week when stored sterile at 2-8°C. For long term storage aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at -80°C. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.

Background
CD28 is a principal co-stimulatory receptor on T cells, delivering the second signal required for full activation, proliferation and survival. Clone CD28.2 is a mouse IgG1 kappa monoclonal antibody recognising human CD28, validated for frozen-section IHC, flow cytometry and functional assays. Anti-CD28 clone CD28.2 is supplied low endotoxin and to in vivo grade, with batches scaling from milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. As a non-therapeutic, research-use-only (RUO) reagent, it provides dependable, lot-to-lot consistent performance for T-cell co-stimulation and activation research.
