Background
MADCAM1 is an endothelial adhesion molecule that directs lymphocyte homing to gut-associated tissues, a key axis in mucosal-immunity research. This human IgG2 kappa antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of ontamalimab, produced in CHO cells against human MADCAM1. For research use only, it is prepared to low endotoxin for in vivo suitability and manufactured in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for high-throughput laboratories. It supports adhesion-blockade assays, lymphocyte-trafficking studies, functional characterization, and preclinical models of inflammatory bowel disease. Its reproducible quality supports demanding workflows that consume reagent at scale.
