Application Notes
The suggested concentration for this TCR β chain (clone H57-597) antibody for staining cells in flow cytometry is ≤ 0.25 μg per 10^6 cells in a volume of 100 μl. Titration of the reagent is recommended for optimal performance for each application.

Storage
This antibody is stable for at least one week when stored sterile at 2-8°C. For long term storage aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at -80°C. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
Formulation
This monoclonal antibody is aseptically packaged and formulated in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (150 mM NaCl) PBS pH 7.2 - 7.4 with no carrier protein, potassium, calcium or preservatives added.

Background
The T-cell receptor beta chain is a core component of the alpha-beta TCR complex that governs antigen recognition and T-cell activation. Clone H57-597 is an Armenian hamster IgG monoclonal antibody to mouse TCR beta, broadly validated for flow cytometry, costimulation, depletion, immunoprecipitation, frozen and paraffin IHC, and CODEX. Anti-TCR beta H57-597 is supplied in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo use, including T-cell stimulation and depletion studies. It is manufactured in scalable milligram-to-gram quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories, and is provided for research use only as a non-therapeutic reagent.
