The leptin receptor (LEPR) transmits signals controlling appetite, energy balance, and metabolic homeostasis, a target of interest across metabolism and endocrinology research. This recombinant anti-human LEPR monoclonal is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of mibavademab, supplied for research use only (RUO). It is manufactured to in vivo standards with low endotoxin and produced in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. Use it in functional assays, receptor-agonism and signalling studies, reproducible controls, and in vivo metabolic-disease models, relying on consistent lot-to-lot performance for large experimental campaigns.
