Targeting the SARS-CoV-2 antigen with defined antibodies remains a mainstay of antiviral and infectious-disease research. This human IgG1 (lambda) recombinant antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of masavibart that binds the SARS-CoV-2 antigen and is supplied for research use only (RUO). It carries a low endotoxin burden appropriate for in vivo experiments and is manufactured at scalable milligram-to-gram volumes to support laboratories with sustained or high-throughput requirements. The preparation is well suited to viral neutralization assays, in vitro binding and competition screens, and preclinical in vivo challenge models examining protection and immune responses.

This biosimilar is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For longer term storage (> 3 months) it is recommended to store this antibody at -20°C or -70°C.
