This human IgG4 (S228P/F234A/L235A) isotype control with a lambda1 light chain delivers an effector-silenced, subclass-matched negative reference for studies using IgG4-lambda antibodies. The S228P change stabilises the hinge while the FALA substitutions abrogate Fcγ engagement, and the control's absence of specificity lets it define background and gating limits in functional and cytometric assays. Provided low in endotoxin and suitable for in vivo administration, it is produced at scalable milligram to gram quantities to meet the needs of bulk and high-throughput research. The antibody is non-therapeutic and supplied strictly for research use only.
