CD37 is a tetraspanin highly expressed on mature B cells and a recurring target in B-cell malignancy research. This human IgG1, kappa antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of lilotomab that recognizes CD37 for functional studies. It is delivered in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo experiments and manufactured in scalable milligram-to-gram amounts to support heavy-usage and high-throughput laboratories. For research use only (RUO), it can be used as a binding reference and active reagent in B-cell targeting assays, ADCC and CDC characterization, in vitro screening, and preclinical models of B-cell lymphoma and leukemia.

This biosimilar is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For longer term storage (> 3 months) it is recommended to store this antibody at -20°C or -70°C.
