This VHH-mouse IgG1 Fc fusion isotype control provides a format-matched negative reference for experiments employing VHH (single-domain) antibodies fused to a mouse IgG1 Fc. Lacking any relevant specificity, it defines the background signal and gating thresholds that distinguish true target engagement from the effects of the VHH-Fc scaffold in flow cytometry and functional assays. By reproducing the architecture and Fc behaviour of VHH-mFc test reagents, it isolates non-specific binding cleanly. The control is supplied low in endotoxin and suitable for in vivo use, and produced in scalable milligram to gram quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. Research use only.
