LAG-3 (CD223) is an inhibitory checkpoint receptor expressed on activated T cells, where it restrains effector responses and contributes to T-cell exhaustion in tumours. Clone IB18 is a human IgG4 (S228P) monoclonal antibody recognising human LAG-3, suitable for functional assays probing checkpoint engagement and T-cell regulation. Anti-LAG-3 clone IB18 is prepared in a low-endotoxin format compatible with in vivo use and is manufactured in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. Supplied for research use only as a non-therapeutic reagent, IB18 delivers consistent, lot-to-lot reproducible performance for immuno-oncology research.
