Guanylate cyclase 2C (GUCY2C) is selectively expressed on intestinal and certain tumor epithelia, making it an attractive antigen for targeted oncology research. Directed at the human receptor, this human IgG1 reagent is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of indusatumab vedotin and may support antibody-drug-conjugate (ADC) research, though it carries no payload or linker. It is intended for research use only (RUO) and is prepared with low endotoxin to enable in vivo studies, with production scalable from milligram to gram amounts for high-throughput and bulk users. Applications include target-binding assays, internalization studies, in vitro screening, and preclinical tumor models.

This biosimilar is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For longer term storage (> 3 months) it is recommended to store this antibody at -20°C or -70°C.

Functional Assays

Reconstitute with sterile, distilled water to a final concentration of 1 mg/ml. Gently shake to solubilize completely. Do not vortex.
