MCAM (CD146), encoded by MCAM, is an adhesion molecule involved in endothelial integrity, melanoma progression, and pathogenic T-cell trafficking, drawing interest across oncology and autoimmunity research. We provide a research-grade anti-MCAM/CD146 recombinant monoclonal antibody, an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of imaprelimab, supplied for research use only (RUO). Manufactured to exacting in vivo standards, the ultra-pure, low-endotoxin material is offered in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities to meet heavy-usage, high-throughput laboratory demands. It is appropriate for adhesion and binding assays, blocking studies, in vitro screening, and in vivo disease models.
