anti-CD11c In Vivo Antibody - Low Endotoxin (3.9) is stable for at least one week when stored sterile at 2-8°C. For long term storage aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at -80°C. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.

Specificity
Anti-CD11c In Vivo Antibody - Low Endotoxin (3.9) recognizes Human CD11c. Anti-Human CD11c the (Mr 150 kDa) a-chain of the CD11c/CD18 complex. The antigen is the complement receptor type 4 (CR4). CD11c is an a/B heterodimeric glycoprotein which belongs to the B2 integrin family. It is also known as gp 150/95.

Background
CD11c is an integrin alpha-X chain prominently expressed on dendritic cells, where it functions as a key marker and contributes to adhesion and antigen presentation. Clone 3.9 is a mouse IgG1 monoclonal antibody against human CD11c, validated for flow cytometry, CyTOF, frozen-section IHC and immunofluorescence. Anti-CD11c clone 3.9 is supplied low endotoxin and to in vivo grade, with manufacturing scaling from milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for high-throughput and heavy-usage workflows. Provided as a non-therapeutic, research-use-only (RUO) reagent, it supports robust dendritic cell and myeloid lineage research.
