GM-CSF, the cytokine encoded by CSF2, drives myeloid cell differentiation and inflammation and is a well-studied node in autoimmune and inflammatory disease research. Built around this target, our research-grade anti-human GM-CSF recombinant monoclonal antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of gimsilumab supplied for research use only (RUO). Manufactured to rigorous in vivo standards, the ultra-pure, low-endotoxin formulation is available in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities to support high-throughput, heavy-usage laboratories. Typical applications include cytokine neutralization and blocking assays, in vitro screening, consistent control reagent use, and in vivo inflammation models.
