SLITRK6 is a tumor-associated transmembrane protein investigated as a delivery target for antibody-directed payloads in oncology research. This reagent is a non-therapeutic, unconjugated research-grade analog of sirtratumab vedotin, built around an anti-SLITRK6 recombinant antibody for research use only. Supplied without payload, it is manufactured to in vivo standards in a low-endotoxin format and produced in scalable milligram to gram quantities for high-throughput laboratories. It is intended to support antibody-drug-conjugate development workflows, including antigen-binding functional assays, in vitro internalization studies, and in vivo tumor-targeting models. This biosimilar is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For longer term storage (> 3 months) it is recommended to store this antibody at -20°C or -70°C.

Functional Assays

Reconstitute with sterile, distilled water to a final concentration of 1 mg/ml. Gently shake to solubilize completely. Do not vortex.
