Background
CD18 (ITGB2) is the common beta-2 integrin subunit that, paired with alpha chains, governs leukocyte adhesion, migration, and immune-cell function. This research-grade anti-human ITGB2 recombinant Fab fragment is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of erlizumab, intended exclusively for research use only (RUO). Manufactured under rigorous in vivo standards, the ultra-pure, low-endotoxin material is offered in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities to support heavy-usage and high-throughput laboratories. It is suited to integrin adhesion-blocking and neutralization assays, in vitro leukocyte function studies, in vivo models of inflammation and ischemia-reperfusion injury, and reference control work in biologics characterization.
