CD20 (MS4A1) is a B-cell surface antigen widely used to identify and target normal and malignant B lymphocytes. Built around MS4A1, this research-grade anti-human recombinant monoclonal antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of epitumomab supplied for research use only (RUO). It is produced to demanding in vivo standards as an ultra-pure, low-endotoxin preparation and delivered in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities to serve heavy-usage, high-throughput laboratories. The antibody supports B-cell depletion and ADCC studies, in vitro immunophenotyping and binding assays, in vivo lymphoma models, and biologics characterization, acting as a consistent CD20-directed control reagent.

This biosimilar is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For longer term storage (> 3 months) it is recommended to store this antibody at -20°C or -70°C.
