Background
The CD3 epsilon chain (CD3E) of the T-cell receptor complex is central to T-cell activation and is widely exploited in bispecific T-cell-engaging formats. Built around CD3E, this research-grade bispecific construct is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of emirodatamab supplied for research use only (RUO). Manufactured under rigorous in vivo conditions, the ultra-pure, low-endotoxin material is available in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for high-throughput and heavy-usage laboratories. It supports preclinical T-cell engager research, including in vitro redirected cytotoxicity assays, T-cell activation profiling, and in vivo efficacy models, while serving as a dependable control reagent for biologics characterization.
