PD-1 is an inhibitory immune checkpoint receptor on activated T cells that, when engaged, restrains anti-tumour immunity, making it a central target in immuno-oncology research. Clone IB12 is a human IgG4-kappa monoclonal antibody against human PD-1, suited to checkpoint-blockade and T-cell activation studies. Anti-PD-1 clone IB12 is supplied in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo use and produced in scalable milligram to gram quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. With consistent lot-to-lot performance, IB12 is a reliable reagent for tumour immunology and preclinical checkpoint research. It is a non-therapeutic product intended strictly for research use only.

This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.

Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.2,with no carrier protein, potassium or preservatives added. BSA and Azide free.

Stable for at least one week when stored sterile at 2-8°C. For long term storage aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at –20°C or –80°C. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
