Background
Tim-3 (HAVCR2) is a co-inhibitory receptor marking exhausted T cells and is actively pursued as a checkpoint target in oncology and chronic-infection research. Presented here is a research-grade anti-human Tim-3 recombinant monoclonal antibody, an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of sabatolimab built on a human IgG4 (S228P) framework and supplied for research use only (RUO). Manufactured to in vivo quality with low endotoxin throughout, it is produced in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) batches for high-throughput and heavy-usage settings. Typical applications include receptor-blocking and functional assays, T-cell exhaustion studies, and in vivo preclinical tumour models.
