CD3 epsilon (CD3E) is a core component of the T-cell receptor complex and is essential for T-cell activation signaling, making it a foundational target in immunology research. This product is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of dafsolimab, a human IgG2b-kappa recombinant antibody for research use only (RUO). It is supplied low in endotoxin to in vivo-suitable standards and produced in scalable milligram-to-gram quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. Applications include functional assays, T-cell activation and stimulation studies, immune-cell phenotyping, in vitro screening and preclinical models examining CD3 signaling.
