Few targets in immuno-oncology are as intensively researched as programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1/PDCD1), an inhibitory checkpoint that throttles activated T cells. Provided as an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of budigalimab, this human IgG1-kappa recombinant antibody is for research use only (RUO). It is formulated with low endotoxin to in vivo-grade standards and manufactured in scalable milligram-to-gram quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. The antibody supports checkpoint functional assays, T-cell activation studies, ADCC characterization, in vitro screening and in vivo tumor models that examine PD-1 signaling.

This biosimilar is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For longer term storage (> 3 months) it is recommended to store this antibody at -20°C or -70°C.
