P-selectin glycoprotein ligand-1 (SELPLG/PSGL-1) mediates leukocyte rolling and adhesion and is studied in inflammation, thrombosis and immune-checkpoint research. This reagent is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of cepeprubart, a human IgG2-kappa recombinant antibody supplied for research use only. It is an ultra-pure, low-endotoxin preparation built to in vivo standards and manufactured in scalable milligram-to-gram quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. It supports functional and adhesion assays, leukocyte-trafficking studies, in vitro screening and preclinical inflammation models examining PSGL-1 biology, with reliable lot-to-lot performance.
