On malignant lymphocytes, the TNF-receptor-superfamily antigen CD30 (TNFRSF8) internalises upon antibody binding, a property that supports antibody-directed payload delivery in lymphoma research. This research-grade tool is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of brentuximab vedotin built around CD30 and supplied for research use only (RUO). It is produced to in vivo standards with low endotoxin and is available in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for heavy-usage laboratories. As an ADC-format research reagent it is well suited to antibody-drug conjugate development, in vitro internalisation and cytotoxicity assays, and in vivo preclinical lymphoma models.

This biosimilar is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For longer term storage (> 3 months) it is recommended to store this antibody at -20°C or -70°C.

Functional Assays

Reconstitute with sterile, distilled water to a final concentration of 1 mg/ml. Gently shake to solubilize completely. Do not vortex.
