Background
Mouse CD64 (FcγRI), the high-affinity receptor for monomeric IgG, drives activating signals in murine myeloid cells and is a useful benchmark for preclinical Fc studies. This biotinylated recombinant mouse CD64 ectodomain from HEK 293 cells is tailored for streptavidin-capture SPR, BLI and ELISA, where oriented immobilization improves the precision of Fc binding kinetics. The reagent is non-therapeutic and for research use only, prepared to in vivo grade standards with ultra-low endotoxin. With scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) production, it equips high-throughput and heavy-usage laboratories for large-scale murine Fc receptor binding and antibody-effector experiments.

Specificity
The sequence of the extracellular domain of mouse CD64 (Glu 25-Pro 297) was fused with a C-terminal tag consisting of the AVI tag, TEV protease recognition sequence and a 10-His tag.
Formulation
Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4. No preservatives or cryoprotectants have been added. To obtain a final concentration of 1 mg/ml reconstitute 0.25 mg vials with 0.25 ml water and 1.0 mg vials with 1.0 ml water.
Storage
Lyophilized proteins are stable at ambient temperature for at least 2 weeks. If the protein is not to be used immediately then the protein should be stored in lyophilized form at -20 °C for up 12 months. Once the protein has been reconstituted we recommen
Applications
SPR, BLI, ELISA
Use
