Background
NK1.1 (CD161/Klrb1c) is a surface receptor used to identify natural killer cells and NKT cells in C57BL/6 and related mouse strains. Clone PK136 is a mouse IgG2a kappa monoclonal antibody to mouse NK1.1, validated for immunoprecipitation, Western blot, blocking, flow cytometry, CyTOF and frozen IHC, and is widely used for NK-cell depletion. Anti-mouse NK1.1 PK136 is supplied in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo use and produced in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk laboratories. This non-therapeutic, research-use-only (RUO) reagent provides reproducible performance for NK-cell research in the mouse.
