TNFRSF4 (OX40/CD134) is a costimulatory TNF-receptor-family molecule that enhances T-cell activation and survival, a prominent target in immuno-oncology research. As an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of cudarolimab, this human IgG1-kappa recombinant antibody is supplied for research use only. It is an ultra-pure, low-endotoxin preparation built to in vivo standards and manufactured in scalable milligram-to-gram quantities for high-throughput laboratories. Researchers apply it to functional and costimulation assays, T-cell activation studies, ADCC analysis, in vitro screening and in vivo tumor-immunology models examining OX40 signaling. The in vivo-suitable, low-endotoxin preparation is produced at milligram-to-gram scale to support sustained, high-throughput research programs.
