Background

LPAM-1 (integrin alpha4beta7) is a gut-homing adhesion receptor that binds MAdCAM-1 to direct lymphocyte trafficking to intestinal and mucosal tissues. Clone DATK32 is a rat IgG2a monoclonal antibody to the mouse LPAM-1 complex, validated for Western blot and blocking. Anti-mouse LPAM-1 DATK32 is supplied in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo use and manufactured in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. This non-therapeutic, research-use-only (RUO) reagent delivers reproducible performance for studies of mucosal lymphocyte homing and gut immunity in the mouse.
