Interleukin-17A (IL17A) is a signature pro-inflammatory cytokine of Th17 cells and a central target in psoriasis, arthritis, and other autoimmune disease research. Our research-grade anti-human IL17A recombinant monoclonal antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of xeligekimab for research use only. Made to in vivo standards with a low-endotoxin formulation, it is available in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. It performs consistently as a neutralizing control and active reagent in cytokine assays, in vitro functional screening, and in vivo models of autoimmune and inflammatory disease.
