Activin A, formed from the INHBA subunit, is a TGF-beta superfamily ligand involved in tissue homeostasis and the heterotopic ossification seen in fibrodysplasia ossificans progressiva research. This research-grade anti-activin A recombinant monoclonal antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of garetosmab, distributed solely for research use only (RUO). Manufactured to stringent in vivo standards, the low-endotoxin, ultra-pure material is available in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for heavy-usage laboratories. It supports ligand-neutralization assays, in vitro signaling studies, in vivo bone disease models, and biologics characterization.
