CD40 is a co-stimulatory TNF-receptor-superfamily molecule that licenses antigen-presenting cells and is studied across immunology and autoimmune disease. Our research-grade anti-human CD40 recombinant monoclonal antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of abiprubart for research use only (RUO). Manufactured to in vivo standards and purified to low endotoxin, it is available in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for high-throughput and heavy-usage laboratories. It is suited to co-stimulation and signalling assays, in vitro functional screening, and in vivo immunology models, offering reliable, lot-to-lot reproducible performance as a research reagent.
