Claudin-18.2 (CLDN18.2) is a tumour-restricted tight-junction antigen used for targeted payload delivery in gastrointestinal-cancer research. This research-grade reagent is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic vedotin-format analog directed at human CLDN18.2, supplied as a defined tool for antibody-drug conjugate studies and validated for functional assays. It is intended for research use only, formulated to a low-endotoxin standard suitable for in vivo work, and produced in scalable milligram to gram quantities for high-throughput laboratories. Applications include internalisation and payload-delivery assays, in vitro cytotoxicity screening, in vivo tumour models, and ADC development.

This biosimilar is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For longer term storage (> 3 months) it is recommended to store this antibody at -20°C or -70°C.

Functional Assays

Reconstitute with sterile, distilled water to a final concentration of 1 mg/ml. Gently shake to solubilize completely. Do not vortex.
