Background
Plasma kallikrein (KLKB1) is a serine protease that generates bradykinin and drives the contact activation pathway central to angioedema research. This anti-human plasma kallikrein recombinant monoclonal antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of lanadelumab, provided strictly for research use only. Built to rigorous in vivo standards with a low-endotoxin profile, it is manufactured in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities suited to bulk and high-throughput laboratories. It functions as a consistent inhibitory control and active reagent in protease-activity assays, in vitro functional screening, and in vivo models of contact-system activation and angioedema.
