Claudin-18.2 (CLDN18.2) is a tight-junction protein with restricted normal expression that becomes accessible on gastric and other epithelial cancers, making it an attractive antibody-drug-conjugate target. This research-grade analog of sonesitatug vedotin is a human IgG1 antibody-drug conjugate directed at CLDN18.2 and expressed in CHO cells, intended for preclinical study of targeted payload delivery. It is a non-therapeutic reagent for research use only (RUO).
