Interleukin-6 (IL-6) is a pleiotropic cytokine driving inflammation, acute-phase responses, and immune regulation across many disease settings. The product here is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of sirukumab, a recombinant anti-IL-6 monoclonal antibody for research use only. It is manufactured to in vivo standards with low endotoxin and offered in scalable milligram to gram quantities to support bulk and high-throughput workflows. Applications include cytokine-neutralization functional assays, in vitro IL-6-signaling screens, and in vivo models of inflammatory and autoimmune disease.
