Carrying the LALA mutations together with G237A for further reduction of Fcγ receptor binding, this human IgG1 control recognises hen egg lysozyme and has no specific target in mammalian systems. It functions as a matched negative control that sets background levels and gating cut-offs, allowing researchers to attribute observed signals to genuine antigen binding rather than the IgG1 backbone or residual effector activity. The reagent suits flow cytometry, functional assays, and controlled in vivo experiments. Formulated with low endotoxin for in vivo use, it is produced in scalable milligram to gram quantities to support bulk and high-throughput research.
