A leading immuno-oncology target, TIGIT is an inhibitory checkpoint receptor expressed on lymphocytes. This recombinant human IgG1 kappa antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of renvistobart, generated in CHO cells against human TIGIT. Released for research use only, it is formulated to low endotoxin for in vivo compatibility and offered in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk, high-throughput laboratories. It is a dependable reagent for checkpoint-blockade functional assays, NK- and T-cell activity studies, ADCC investigations, and preclinical tumor-immunity models.
