Background
CD40 is a co-stimulatory TNF-receptor-superfamily molecule essential for B-cell and dendritic-cell activation. This research-grade human IgG1 kappa antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of ravagalimab, expressed in CHO cells against human CD40. Released for research use only, it is purified to low endotoxin for in vivo suitability and manufactured in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. It is well suited to receptor-modulation and functional immune-cell assays, co-stimulation studies, ADCC investigations, and preclinical models of immunity and inflammation. It delivers the consistency that bulk-consuming research programs require.
