TNFRSF18 (GITR) is a co-stimulatory TNF-receptor-superfamily molecule that shapes T-cell and regulatory-T-cell function. This research-grade human IgG1 kappa antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of ragifilimab, generated in CHO cells against human TNFRSF18. For research use only, it is formulated to low endotoxin for in vivo compatibility and offered in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. It supports receptor-agonism and functional T-cell assays, Treg modulation studies, ADCC investigations, and preclinical tumor-immunity models.
